These terms govern access to the LIOS website and application. They are a production-ready framework and must be reviewed against the final operating entity, launch countries, app-store terms and professional-support model before publication.

Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age and legal eligibility requirements that apply in your country. Account information must be accurate and credentials kept secure.

Acceptable use
Do not harass, exploit, impersonate, threaten, defraud or endanger others; distribute unlawful or harmful content; interfere with the service; scrape personal data; or evade moderation and security controls.

User content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant LIOS only the limited rights needed to host, process, moderate, display and deliver that content according to your settings and the service features.

Wellbeing and professional support
LIOS is not an emergency service and general platform features do not provide diagnosis or medical treatment. Professional services, where available, may be delivered by independent licensed providers under separate terms and consent.

Moderation and enforcement
LIOS may investigate reports and restrict, remove or preserve content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. Appeals should be available where appropriate.

Availability and liability
The service may change, pause or experience outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Additional country-specific terms may apply.
